The highlight of this magnificent hotel are its Staff and the amenities it provides, especially the aquatonic( one of its kind in kuwait) which was a wholesome spa in itself with a discount for those who stay at the hotel. Special mention of Mr.Ajay in the admin who was extremely supportive throughout my stay. All the staff were quite warm and the service in general was quick and very responsive. The view from my room on the 10th floor was great. Thoroughly enjoyed a very relaxing day at room#1023 in crown plaza, thuraya city, Kuwait.

The entrance to the car park, needs to be reorganized, the difficulty of entering and exiting, especially since it is located after the traffic light and the intersection of the streets, which causes traffic confusion, it is suggested to re-examine the design of the parking
